A call to our office at (512) 415-5474 is the first step in lining out whatever kind of home inspection you need. You will be asked for details about the house, and we will let you know about any optional inspections, such as WDI (termite ) Inspection, etc., that you could order. Typically we can get you a couple of dates/times available for you to choose from. We will get a document signed and get a payment method, and that’s it!  On the day of your inspection, the inspector will arrive at the appointed time and perform the inspections you have ordered. Most buyers like to go near the end for a “recap” with the inspector. Once the inspector gets on-site and can look at the property, he can then let you know what might be a good time to get there for the recap.
